• Age recommendation

Our slimes are reccomened for ages 7 and up. Adult superivison is recommended for children under the age of 7.

• Sensitive Skin

If you have sensitivities or allergies to borax, glue, fragrance, lotion, or glycerin we recommend avoiding contact with our slime. If irritation occurs wash your hands thoroughly.

• Can I eat slime?

NO! Our sliime is for play only, and should never be eaten or placed in your mouth. We also recommend washing your hands before and after playing with slime.

• Slime on Clothes

Apply white vinegar to the affected area and gently work it into the fabric before washing. If you don't have white vinegar you can also use warm water and mild soap.

• How long does slime last?

With proper care, our slime can last for months or even years. To keep the slime lasting long, always store it in its airtight container when not in use.

• What is the best way to store slime?

Store your slime in the airtight container provided with your order. Always seal the container tightly after play to prevent it from drying out.

• Sticky Slime

Slime can become sticky due to warm weather or extended playtime.This is completely normal! To fix it, spray a small amount of activator onto your slime and knead it thoroughly. If it's still sticky, repeat the process until you reach your desired texture. Adult supervision is recomended when using activator. Be careful not to add too much as over activating can make your slime tough and rubbery.
DO NOT CONSUME the activator or any part of the slime.

• Why is my slime stiff or not stretchy?

Slime may become stiff during colder weather. Simply allow it to sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before playing with it. Once the slime warms up, it should return to its soft and stretchy texture.

Oh no, I added too much activator, what can I do?!

If your slime becomes overactived, don't worry! Add a small amount of unscented lotion or hand sanitizer and knead it into the slime until it softens.

Do not add lotion to clear slime, as it can make slime cloudy.

• When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order for a birthday, holiday, or special occasion we recommend purchasing 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

• Entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

• Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so keep an eye out for future updates.

• Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped.

• Can I make a return or exchange?

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

• My slime arrived damaged. What can I do?

If your slime arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at admin@chasingslime.com please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its. packaging. We will review your request and work with you to find a solution.
